Create a Workflow
Before you can create a workflow, you must first upload a workflow pack.
To create a Policy Planner or Policy Optimizer workflow, complete the following steps.
- On the toolbar, click Workflow > Workflows.
For Policy Planner
- Click Create.
- Select a Workflow Type from the list of available workflows.
- In the Create Workflow <name> dialog box, enter a Namefor the workflow.
Up to 255 characters, and only letters and numbers are allowed. No spaces or special characters.
- Click Save.
The workflow type will be listed in the Create New Ticket list within Policy Planner.
For Policy Optimizer
- Click Create.
- Select a Workflow Type from the list of available workflows.
- In the Create Workflow <name> dialog box, enter a Namefor the workflow.
Up to 255 characters, and only letters, numbers, and spaces are allowed. No special characters.
- Click Save.
